If I apply and I am selected, what will my schedule be like? Do I have to work weekends?

You organize your schedule based on your needs. If you have to take your children to school and want to work only during the afternoon, you are free to do so! If your current job allows you to work only during the evening, or early mornings, or weekends, you are welcome to schedule the clients during those times. Whatever works between you and the clients works for us!
