My insurance has denied the claim, what now?
If your insurance denies the claim, you are responsible for the payment.
I need to apply for social security, how much it costs?
We do not provide services for WIC, SS, and type of school accommodation without a full comprehensive psychological assessment. Your insurance may not cover your assessment (psychological testing) when is done for reasons not showing medical necessity.
The average cost is $2500 – $5,000 depending on complexity and time required to complete all the forms.
I have started psychological test but i can no longer continue, can i get a refund?
Due to the nature of psychological tests, all payments are non refundable.
Can you fax or mail me my test results?

We can mail, fax, or email your test results at any time.
Do you offer free consultation?
We do not offer free consultation. We charge our full fee, $275
Howe much is my co-payment?
Every plan is different, you are responsible to provide our office with up to date insurance information. If you don’t know how much is your co-payment you can contact you insurance. the telephone number should be on the back of your card.
If you don’t provide us with this information, a hold in the amount of $125 will be placed on your credit card until we receive the EOB from your insurance.
How do i pay my co-payment?
We accept only credit card payments, no exceptions.
Do you offer a payment plan?
We do not offer a payment plan. All fees are expected at the time we meet. If you are scheduled for psychological or neuropsychological testing all fees must be paid before the starting of the tests.
I was ordered therapy from the court: how much it costs?

I was involved in an accident and my lawyer requires me to obtain an evaluation, how much it is?
We do not provide forensic services.
How much do you charge?
If you have a health insurance:
- every insurance is different, please contact your insurance for guidance.
If you do not have a health insurance (or if we do not take your health insurance):
- Counseling: $275/session
- Psychological evaluation: $325/session
- Neuropsychological testing: $425/session
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept only credit cards and debit cards. If you do not have a valid credit card you will need to pay with a cashier check.

We take most HMO, PPO and EPO from all major insurance plans, including but not limited to the following carriers:
