We are hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to provide psychotherapy to individuals and families.
Our group consists of different mental health practitioners dedicated to providing comprehensive care to teens and adults (based on your specialty). Most of our clients/patients are insurance-based, while a small percentage is private-pay.
We provide psychological, psychiatric, and primary care services. As a team, we are convinced that it is our patients’ right approach and the future of healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted California MFT license (LMFT)
- Be in good standing with the BBS
- Fluent in English
- Sufficient knowledge of computer operation (Windows, or MAC)
Job Type:
- Full-time (35+ hours/week)
- Part-time (22~25 hours/week)

Primary Duties
- Conduct individual couple or family psychotherapy sessions.
- Treat mental health disorders with knowledge of CBT, Psychodynamic, DBT, EMDR, Solution-focused or other evidence-based approach
- Complete and keep up-to-date progress notes per stand of care.
Pay (W2, employee):
- Part-time (25 hrs/week): $63,600/year
- Full time-tier 1 (35 hrs/week): $87,360/year
- Full time-tier 2 (40+ hrs/week): $103,680+/year

It came into effect on January 1st, 2020. The AB5 law generally does not allow hiring LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC as Independent Contractors. Although some companies in California continued to hire LMFT and LCSW as independent contractors, we proud ourselves to offer all of our LMFT and LCSW employment as W2 employees. We will provide you with our simple yet powerful EHR and PHI system. No, we want you to focus on the clinical aspect of therapy, so the clients can see the results happening in their lives. We have medical billers who take care of this for you. Usually within 2 to 4 weeks, sometimes is less than that. Yes, we have groups that run cyclically for teens and adults. If you have experience with groups and want to start a group, you are very welcome to let us know; we would be thrilled to hear your ideas! As for supervision: multiple clinicians at our office work as clinicians and supervisors, quickly reaching an income of $140,000+ a year.
