Dear Clinicians, we value your input and we are committed to continuously improving the professional experience for all clinicians. This form provides a dedicated and direct channel for you to share your suggestions for enhancements and provide feedback on your current experience. Your insights can help refine our resources, systems, and support structures.

Suggestions:

We encourage you to submit suggestions for improvements related to any aspect of your clinical practice and professional development. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Enhancements: Propose modifications or additions to the EHR system to improve its functionality, efficiency, or user-friendliness. Be specific about the area of the EHR you are addressing and the desired change.
  • Document & Form Requests: Suggest new documents or forms that you believe would be beneficial for inclusion on our website or within the EHR. Examples include standardized assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9), patient education materials, or administrative forms. Please provide context for the requested document and its intended use.
  • Resource Development: Recommend resources that would support your professional growth and clinical practice. This could include suggestions for a better system to track the latest news from the Board of Psychology (BOP), strategies for preparing for the licensing exam, or other relevant materials.
  • Process Improvements: Identify areas where our current processes could be streamlined or made more effective. This could involve workflows, communication channels, or any other aspect of your interaction with PCG.

Feedback:

We are equally interested in your feedback regarding your current experience at PCG. Your honest and constructive feedback will help us understand what we are doing well and where we can make improvements. We welcome feedback on:

  • Supervision: Share your thoughts on individual and group supervision, including the quality of guidance, the structure of sessions, and the overall effectiveness of the supervisory relationship.
  • Cohort Experience: Provide feedback on your interactions with your cohort, including opportunities for collaboration, support, and professional development.
  • Overall Experience: Share your perspectives on other aspects of your experience at PCG, such as communication with administrative staff, access to resources, and the general learning environment.
